Artun Bilişim provides on-site services in all 81 provinces of Türkiye and abroad; our headquarters is in Çankaya, Ankara. We carry out server installation, network and security infrastructure, POS terminals, restaurant and café automation and barcode system installations on site, wherever your business is. After installation we continue maintenance and support over a secure remote connection and return on site when needed.
How does on-site service work?
- Initial call: We listen to your needs by phone or video call and, if necessary, ask for photos and details of your current system.
- Quote and planning: We provide a clear quote and schedule the installation date with you.
- Preparation: We pre-configure the hardware as much as possible, so less time is spent at your premises and your workflow is interrupted less.
- On-site installation: Our team installs and tests the system on the agreed date and gives your users a short training.
- Remote maintenance and support: After installation we handle updates, backup checks and troubleshooting remotely, and come back on site when an issue cannot be solved remotely.
