This privacy notice has been prepared pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform individuals who visit the artunbilisim.com website, use the contact and quote request forms, or otherwise contact us, about the processing of their personal data.
1. Data Controller
The data controller under the KVKK is Artun Bilişim (“Artun Bilişim” or the “Company”).
2. Personal Data Processed
The following categories of personal data are processed through our website:

We do not request special categories of personal data (health, religion, ethnic origin, biometric data, etc.) through our website. We kindly ask that you do not enter such data in the message field of the forms.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:
- Receiving, evaluating and responding to your requests, questions and complaints; contacting you,
- Preparing quotes for our products and services and carrying out pre-contractual processes,
- Planning and carrying out sales, site survey, installation and technical support processes,
- Ensuring the security of the website and preventing unsolicited submissions (spam) and misuse,
- Establishing, exercising and protecting rights in legal disputes,
- Fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation and responding to requests from competent authorities.
4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the contact and quote request forms on our website, the information you send us via email, phone and WhatsApp, and the server and security logs generated automatically while you use the site.
This data is processed based on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- Subparagraph (c): Processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of that contract (quote and pre-contractual processes),
- Subparagraph (ç): Processing is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations,
- Subparagraph (e): Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
- Subparagraph (f): Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (responding to requests, ensuring information security).
The checkbox on the forms is used to confirm that you have read this privacy notice; your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds stated above.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to the following groups of recipients, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes stated above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:
- Website hosting and email infrastructure service providers, solely for the purpose of providing the service,
- Competent public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities, upon request and to the extent permitted by law,
- Our legal advisors, where necessary for the protection of rights.
Your personal data is not transferred abroad unless the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK are met. The embedded map on the contact page is provided by Google LLC; when the map is displayed, your browser connects directly to Google servers, and technical information such as your IP address may be processed by Google. If you use the WhatsApp link, communication takes place over the WhatsApp infrastructure. Use of these services is optional and subject to the privacy policies of the respective providers.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the retention or statute of limitations periods prescribed by applicable legislation. Requests that result in a contract are retained for the periods prescribed by commercial and tax legislation. Application and error logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Personal data whose retention period has expired is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- a) Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- b) Request information about the processing if your personal data has been processed,
- c) Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- ç) Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
- d) Request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- e) Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- f) Request that the operations carried out under subparagraphs (d) and (e) be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- g) Object to any outcome to your detriment arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- ğ) Claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to the unlawful processing of your personal data
You may exercise these rights by applying to the data controller.
8. How to Apply
You may submit your requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:
- By a petition bearing your wet signature, delivered in person or through a notary public to our address stated above,
- Using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, a secure electronic signature or a mobile signature, or from an email address you have previously provided to us and that is registered in our system, to info@artunbilisim.com
Your application must include your first and last name, signature (for written applications), Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals, nationality and passport or ID number), residential or business address for notification purposes, email address for notification (if any), phone number and the subject of your request.
Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and within 30 days at the latest. If the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board pursuant to Article 14 of the KVKK.
